Rocco Fiore and Sons has full time positions available in our Landscape Architecture, Construction and Site Management departments.


General Requirements:  We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, organized and have good communication skills.  Applicants must have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.  Candidates must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.  Work related experience or a degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field is required.

Entry Level Landscape Architect/Designer  
Assist the design department in all areas of the design process, including site surveying, drafting, designing, and cost estimation.  Must have top-quality graphic abilities.  Advancement to "hands on" supervision of construction crews is possible.

Construction Foreman & Trainees 
Responsible for the "hands on" supervision of 2 to 5 persons on a construction crew, from the initial job set-up through job completion.  Employees will work with project managers to schedule manpower and materials for their daily job.  Positions available on plant installation and hardscape crews.  A Commercial Drivers License may be needed, however we will train.

Landscape Garden/Floral Assistant
This is a field position that involves planting and maintaining annual and perennial gardens, as well as arrangement and maintenance of seasonal pots.  Daily activities include watering, deadheading, planting, dividing perennials, site inspections, spraying of pesticides, applying fertilizers, purchasing, small scale design and sales to existing clients.

Field Customer Service Representative
Responsible for assisting site managers in coordinating production and sales for appointed region.  Daily activities include communicating with clients regarding such programs as seasonal flower displays, mulching, core aerating, and winter pruning.  This position will also include supervision of field crews. 

Site Management Foreman & Trainees
The foreman works with a crew of 2 to 3 persons and is directly responsible for training the crew to work safely and efficiently, scheduling daily activities, and communicating with clients.  He/She reports to a supervisor and is expected to be an active part of that team.  Daily activities include maintenance of turf, planting of annuals, bulbs, perennials and shrubs.  Winter activities include equipment repair, winter pruning, and snow removal.

Site Management Supervisor Assistant
Position involves supervision of crews, scheduling of daily activities, reviewing time cards for accuracy, and training of crew to assure work performance meets company standards.  Daily activities include assisting in the care of turf and plant material, some pesticide spraying, and some sales of additional services to existing clients.  Requirements include 1 to 2 years field experience, however must start as a site management foreman to learn company standards and obtain a pesticide license.
